It has come to our attention today that the Swedish Consumer Ombudsman considers Ninja Casino’s marketing to be in breach of legislation in terms of moderation in gaming advertising and that they intend to commence legal proceedings against our subsidiary Elec Games Ltd.

According to the Consumer Ombudsman, this is the first time a case of this kind is being investigated and, as principal owner, we are now considering the matter and will report back as soon as we know more.
