At Global Gaming we are expanding our customer and marketing operations and we are looking for a new VIP Accounts Manager. The primary role of the VIP Accounts Manager is to establish and maintain direct relationships with premium customers with the focus on increasing their customer lifetime value and maximizing their profitability.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Development and execution of VIP customers acquisition and retention programs.
  • Proactive segmentation and profiling of VIP customers.
  • Retention of VIP customers by identifying and executing promotions and rewards programs.
  • Direct communication with VIP customers via email, chat and phone.
  • Handling VIP customers’ queries and complaints, including out of office hours when necessary.
  • Planning, execution and hosting of VIP customers events.
  • Working closely with the CRM team to ensure proper segmentation of promotional offers and rewards.
  • Analysis of competitors and the customer landscape to ensure the competitiveness of the VIP program.

 

Skills:

  • Experience in either VIP accounts management or customer relationships oriented roles in the online gaming industry.
  • Fluency in either Swedish or Finnish languages.
  • Comprehensive understanding of VIP’s marketing, CRM and operations.
  • Ability to accurately profile and segment VIP customers effectively.
  • Ability to deliver on target-driven goals by liaising with other departments.
  • Excellent organisational, planning and communicative skills.
  • Social and outgoing mindset.

The preferred location for this position is at our office in Tallinn, Estonia, where you will join a multinational team of colleagues that are ambitious, friendly and helpful.

Salary and benefits:

At Global Gaming we offer a competitive salary and the possibility of a half-yearly performance bonus. Global Gaming will cover any reasonable relocation costs.

We also offer all employees health benefit support, covering 75% of your yearly costs up to EUR 450 for activities such as gym memberships and similar.
